Welcome to ParkingUnit.com. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. About ParkingUnit

ParkingUnit.com ("ParkingUnit", "we", "us", "our") is an online comparison and reservation platform for airport parking services. We act solely as an intermediary between you ("User", "you") and third-party parking operators ("Parking Operators"). The actual parking service is provided exclusively by the Parking Operator you select during booking.

2. Service Description

ParkingUnit allows you to:

  • Search and compare airport parking options by location, date, price, and features;
  • Make reservations with Parking Operators through our platform;
  • Manage your bookings online.

We do not own, operate, or manage any parking facilities. All information about parking services (pricing, availability, amenities) is provided by the respective Parking Operators and displayed on our platform in good faith.

3. User Obligations

By using ParkingUnit, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when making a reservation (name, contact details, license plate number, travel dates);
  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms;
  • Not misuse the platform, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, submitting fraudulent reservations, or interfering with the platform's operation;
  • Keep your account credentials secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You are responsible for ensuring all reservation details are correct. ParkingUnit is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

4. Reservations and Payments

Booking confirmation: A reservation is confirmed once you complete the booking process and receive a confirmation email. The confirmation constitutes a binding agreement between you and the Parking Operator.

Pricing: All prices displayed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The final price is shown before you confirm your reservation.

Payment: Payment is processed through our platform at the time of booking. We use secure third-party payment processors to handle all transactions.

5. Cancellation and Modifications

  • Cancellation and modification policies vary by Parking Operator and are displayed during the booking process.
  • To cancel or modify a reservation, use the link in your confirmation email or contact us at [email protected].
  • Refunds, if applicable, are processed according to the Parking Operator's cancellation policy and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

6. Limitation of Liability

ParkingUnit acts as an intermediary only. Accordingly:

  • We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or availability of the parking services provided by Parking Operators;
  • We are not liable for any damage to or theft of your vehicle, personal belongings, or any other loss incurred while using a Parking Operator's services;
  • We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes made by Parking Operators;
  • Any disputes regarding the parking service itself must be resolved directly with the Parking Operator.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParkingUnit's total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant reservation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the ParkingUnit platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design — is the property of ParkingUnit or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

8. User Content

If you submit reviews, ratings, or other content through the platform, you grant ParkingUnit a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our services. You warrant that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.

10. Changes to These Terms

ParkingUnit may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective upon publication on the platform. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Czech Republic.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
