- Parking Operators: Your name, contact details, license plate number, and reservation details are shared with the Parking Operator you book with;
- Payment processors: Payment data is shared with our secure third-party payment providers;
- Analytics providers: Anonymized or pseudonymized usage data may be shared with analytics services;
- Legal authorities: We may disclose data when required by law, regulation, or court order.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5. International Data Transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In such cases, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

- Reservation data: retained for up to 3 years after the reservation date;
- Account data: retained for as long as your account is active, and up to 2 years after deletion;
- Payment records: retained for the period required by applicable tax laws (typically 5-10 years);
- Analytics data: retained in anonymized form for up to 26 months;
- Marketing consent records: retained for as long as consent is valid, plus 1 year after withdrawal.
