How do I use your comparison tool to find a car park for a specific airport?
On the home page you will find two calendar fields — click on them to select the date and time of your arrival at the car park and your return flight back to the airport.
To the right of the calendars, select an airport from the list, then simply click the "Search" button and our comparison tool will show you all available parking options based on the criteria you entered.
How do I make a reservation?
Once you find a car park that suits you, simply click the "Reserve" button, which will display its detail page with comprehensive information.
If you are happy with the car park, click the reservation button again to proceed to the next step, where you will fill in the details required to complete your reservation.
Then all you need to do is click and submit your reservation.
What should I consider when choosing the ideal car park?
You will have access to detailed information about every car park.
You will know its exact location and you can browse photos to see what it actually looks like.
The actual parking price for your selected dates is always displayed for each car park.
Icons on the car park profile provide information about its features, additional services, and payment options.
The most objective indicator of quality are user ratings, which are also displayed on each car park's profile.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation afterwards?
After submitting your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email to the address you provided, with a summary of your order and a "Secret Key" (SK), which allows you to modify or cancel your booking if needed.
On our website, in the top right corner, you will find the "My Reservations" button. Enter your email address and SK there, and you will instantly access the administration system for that specific reservation (each individual reservation has its own SK).
You can also access your reservation by clicking the link included in the email, along with a link for immediate cancellation of the reservation.
What do the individual buttons in the reservation editing system do?
SAVE CHANGES
Saves the updated details.
RESET
Cancels all changes if you have not yet saved them.
CANCEL RESERVATION
Cancels the entire reservation.
RESEND CONFIRMATION EMAIL
Resends the confirmation email with your login credentials to the currently saved email address. This is particularly useful if you have changed your email address.
How do I get from the car park to the airport and back?
Almost all airport car parks provide a transfer by car directly to the required terminal.
The same service will take you back from the airport to the car park and your vehicle. During the car park reservation, you will also enter your return time, and a transfer back to the car park will be waiting for you at the airport at exactly that time.
This service is typically included in the basic parking fee.
Is it safe to leave my car at a car park that is not officially part of the airport?
Leaving your vehicle in a car park significantly reduces the likelihood of it being stolen, broken into, or damaged.
Car parks are usually fenced and some of them are even guarded by physical security personnel or camera systems.
Many car parks are also covered, protecting your vehicle from adverse weather conditions.
Generally speaking, an airport car park is a far safer place for your vehicle than an average city street or a remote dirt road near the airport.
Most unofficial car parks near Czech airports match the security level of the official ones, and in the case of the most well-known facilities, they even surpass it. Prices are, however, considerably lower.
