How to Find and Book the Ideal Parking Lot?
Are you getting ready to fly abroad and wondering where to leave your car near the airport?
With our help, you can search for the most suitable airport parking from the comfort of your home - and book it right away!
1. Select Your Dates
On the main page of our website www.parkingunit.com, a parking search box will greet you in the centre of the screen.
Click on the left field and a calendar will appear - on the left side, click to select the date you plan to arrive at the parking lot, and on the right side, select the approximate time - i.e. from when you want your car parked.
Repeat the same process for the middle field, but this time enter the date and approximate time of your return to the parking lot - i.e. until when you want your car parked.
In the right field, select the airport you are departing from. Finally, simply click the blue "Search" button and you can immediately start browsing the best parking options!
TIP: Remember to account for the transfer time between the parking lot and the airport, and back again - make sure to allow yourself enough extra time.
2. Choosing the Right Parking Lot
A list of parking lots matching your specified criteria will appear.
In the top right corner, you can filter your selection by price, user ratings, or distance from the airport.
Simply left-click on the desired parameter.

3. Making Your Final Decision
A detailed description of the parking lot you clicked on will now be displayed.
Directly below the name of the parking lot, you will find its average rating shown as stars, and to the right of these, icons indicating what additional services the parking lot provides.
If you are unsure what a particular icon means, hover your mouse over it and a tooltip description will appear.
Below the booking button, you will find the official description of the parking lot's features and other important information that may directly or indirectly affect your booking.
At the bottom of the screen, you can also read individual user reviews of the parking lot.
Have you made up your mind? Make sure the arrival and departure dates in the navigation bar are correctly entered, then book the parking lot using the blue button located above the parking lot description.
If you have decided that the parking lot does not suit you after all, simply go back one step by clicking the "Select a parking lot" tab at the top or by using your browser's back button.
4. Booking
The booking itself is very straightforward. On the left half of the screen, you will see a brief summary of your order - where and for how long you want to park, how much it will cost, the exact address of the parking lot, and a phone number to contact if needed.
On the right half of the screen, simply fill in your details. Enter your first name, surname, email address, phone number, vehicle registration plate, and the number of passengers in the vehicle (required by most parking lots) in the relevant fields.
Do not forget to tick the box to agree to the terms and conditions.
All done? Click the "COMPLETE BOOKING" button.
5. Confirmation Email
You should immediately receive a confirmation message from us at the email address you provided. It contains, for your reference, a summary of the booking (dates, price, name and address of the parking lot, etc.), as well as a "Secret Key" (login password) and a link to the booking management page, where you can make changes or cancel it directly.
If you wish to make changes, you can either go directly to that page by clicking the link, or anywhere on our website select "My Bookings" in the top right corner. Two fields will expand - enter your email address in the first one and copy your Secret Key into the second.
Either way, in both cases you will see the same form with your filled-in details - your first name, surname, email address, phone number, vehicle registration plate, number of passengers, and your arrival and departure dates.
6. How to Change or Cancel a Booking
If you want to change any details, simply overwrite them and save by clicking the green "Change" button.
If you change your mind before saving, simply click the adjacent blue "Reset" button and the details will automatically revert to their original form.
If you have changed your email address, remember to send yourself a new confirmation email by clicking the orange "Resend confirmation email" button on the right.
Do you want to cancel the booking entirely? Click the red "Cancel booking" button and confirm the cancellation.
